Welcome to the St. Nicholas School registration portal. This page allows you to register your child for afterschool chess and coding

classes taught by AlphaMinds Academy that are offered exclusively for St. Nicholas students.

WINTER 2023 SCHEDULE

• Coding: Scratch Beginners I – Thursdays 3-4 pm, 01/19 -03/30  | 11 classes

for students who are new to coding with Scratch

• Coding: Scratch Beginners II – Mondays 3-4 pm, 01/23 -03/27 (no classes on 01/16, 02/20) | 9 classes

for students continuing from Fall 2022 session (Beginners class) or for students with prior Scratch experience

​

• Coding: Scratch Intermediate – Mondays 4-5 pm, 01/23 -03/27 (no classes on 01/16, 02/20) | 9 classes

for students continuing from Fall 2022 session (Intermediate class) or for students with extensive prior Scratch experience

• Chess Beginners I – Fridays, 3-4 pm, 01/20 - 03/31 (no classes on 02/17)  | 10 classes* 

for students who are new to chess

​

• Chess Beginners II – Fridays, 4-5 pm, 01/20 - 03/31 (no classes on 02/17)  | 10 classes* 

for for students with prior chess experience​

* Classes on Fridays, 02/03 and 03/ 10 will begin at 12 pm and 1 pm respectively
