SUMMER CLASSES
Our Summer "Bridge" program is an extension of the current school year for the academic classes such as Logic, Math, Reading and EssayWriting. To enroll into these classes, please follow the guidance below:
Current students - enroll into the same level classes they have been attending in the Winter/Spring 2025 semester.
New students - complete math assessment below; for guidance when choosing the right level class for your child, please contact us at info@alphamindsacademy.com
CHESS (Gr. K-8)

Our Summer Chess Program caters to all levels, making it ideal for newcomers looking to learn the game, seasoned players seeking to deepen their understanding, and aspiring chess masters aiming for intensive instruction. Our experienced coaches offer engaging lessons, puzzles, and gameplay, ensuring each student gets the most out of every session. Children will not only improve their chess skills but also enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded peers who share their passion for the game!​

CODING & ROBOTICS (Gr. 2-11)

Join our Summer Coding Program and dive into the world of programming with classes in Scratch, JavaScript, and Python! Perfect for budding coders of all levels, this program offers a comprehensive exposure to coding through fun and interactive projects. With hands-on learning and personalized instruction, this summer program equips students with essential coding skills while sparking creativity and problem-solving abilities. Get ready for an exciting summer of coding adventures!

SCRATCH BEGINNERS (Grades 2-6) - for students who are new to coding or have had limited exposure to block based coding.

SCRATCH MASTERS (Grades 3-8) - for students who have prior experience with block-based coding and are ready to take on more complex projects, advanced logic, and creative game or animation design.

JAVASCRIPT BEGINNERS (Grades 5-10) - for students who are new to text-based coding and ready to transition from block-based programming to writing real code while building interactive web-based projects.

JAVASCRIPT MASTERS (Grades 5-10) - for students with prior coding experience who are ready to deepen their knowledge of JavaScript through advanced projects, dynamic web development, and real-world applications.

PYTHON BEGINNERS (Grades 6-11) - for students who are new to text-based programming and ready to learn the fundamentals of Python through fun, hands-on projects that build a strong foundation in coding logic and problem-solving.

PYTHON MASTERS (Grades 6-11) - for students with prior experience in Python who are ready to tackle advanced concepts, work on real-world applications, and develop strong skills in algorithms, data structures, and project-based programming.

ROBOTICS (Gr. 4-8) - for students with prior experience in block-based or introductory coding who are ready to explore engineering, mechanics, and programming through hands-on building and coding of real robots.

LOGIC PRE-K & K

Our Summer Logic Program for children ages 3–5 makes learning fun while helping young minds grow! Through playful activities and exciting challenges, children will develop important skills like classification, matching and sorting, reasoning with analogies, solving word problems, recognizing patterns, and exploring early arithmetic. Each session is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and strengthen critical thinking — all in a joyful, supportive environment. It’s the perfect way to give your child a strong start and a love for learning!

LOGIC PRE-K CLASS- for students enrolled into Logic pre-K classes during the current school year and new students who have completed PreK 3 or 4 during the current school year. ​

MATH (Gr. 1-10)

Our Summer Math Program is designed to strengthen problem-solving abilities and enhance logical and critical thinking skills in students from grades 1 to 10. Through a series of engaging activities, we aim to make math enjoyable yet challenging. Whether your child is looking to reinforce fundamental concepts or tackle more advanced topics, our program offers a supportive environment where students can explore, learn, and grow their mathematical abilities.
Our program is based on the Singapore Math curriculum for levels I-V and on the Art of Problem Solving curriculum for upper levels.

Tuition is charged per session and calculated as the base rate multiplied by the number of classes per session.

Annual Registration Fee: $40 for new students only; if students continue for the SY 2025/26, the fee will be waived for future registrations; current students - please apply the code to waive it (check your email)

Please note:
We require a minimum enrollment of five children to run each group class.
If the minimum enrollment is not met, the start of the class may be postponed. If enrollment remains below the required minimum, we reserve the right to cancel the program.
Please note that trial lessons and the three-week withdrawal policy are not available for the summer program.
