Welcome to the Primary Prep registration portal. This page allows you to register your child for afterschool chess or coding classes taught by AlphaMinds Academy that are offered exclusively for Primary Prep students and held at Primary Prep School.

FALL 2024 SCHEDULE

• Chess Beginners I – Mondays 3-4 pm, 10/02 - 12/11/2023 (no classes 10/09, 11/11 ) | 9 classes 

for students who are new to Chess

​

• Chess Intermediate I-II – Mondays 3-4 pm, 10/02 - 12/11/2023 (no classes 10/09, 11/11) | 9 classes 

for students continuing with Chess classes from the previous school year and for  students with prior chess experience

​

• Coding: Scratch Beginners I - Wednesdays 3-4 pm, 10/02 -12/11 (no classes 11/27) | 10 classes

for students who are new to coding

​

• Coding: Scratch Intermediate - Fridays 3-4 pm, 10/04 -12/13 (no classes 11/08, 11/29) | 9 classes

for students continuing with Scratch coding classes from the previous school year and for students with prior Scratch experience

 

• Coding: JavaScript Beginners – Fridays 3-4 pm, 10/04 -12/13 (no classes 11/08, 11/29) | 9 classes

for students in grades 4-10 who have prior coding experience (Scratch or similar)

 

Important note for Coding classes: students enrolled into coding classes must bring their own laptop (Windows or Apple) or Chromebook from home in order to participate in these classes.
